Our Bot

Our robot this year can perform any task on the field that is required of it. This is thanks to the range of angles with our launcher and the addition of a swerve drive train that provides us with omnidirectional capabilities and fast speeds.

How Our Robot Works

This year we have an intake positioned at the base of our Robot to pick up Crescendo’s game piece called “Notes”. The intake functions with the use of CIM motors; the choice of CIM motors is because of their convenience and our strong understanding of their functionality at a low price. Once the Notes are in the launcher we speed up the top wheels with Neo motors. We use Neo’s for our launcher because of their quicker speeds with being more compact and lighter weight. This provides us with the capability of shooting the Note into the speaker, trap, and amp while still being able to pick up from the source.
