Week 10

Our team has been preparing for our very first regional: Colorado.

Build: The build sub-team made a shock absorber for the pivot and replaced tread on two wheels. The tread helps the robot grip onto the carpet to prevent the robot sliding.

Programming: The programming sub-team has been working on fine-tuning PIDs and creating new paths for Pathplanner for our autonomous period in the match.

Cad: The CAD sub-team has made adjustments for our bottom plate in the robot so the coral doesn’t get stuck in the intake. They are currently working on an algae grabber.

Electrical: The electrical sub-team has changed the direction of the battery cables, put a limit switch on the robot which is a sensor on the robot that stops the motors when it comes in contact with the elevator, and labeled all their batteries with our team number for competition.
